How do Baggage Transfers Work?

The transfer process is co-ordinated with your appointed Tour Leader to ensure the efficient transfer of baggage. Porters are arranged to collect the baggage as the pax exit the Arrival's Hall. The baggage is routed to our vehicle where it is counted, loaded and secured. When loading has been completed, the vehicle departs directly for the chosen destination. On arrival, the baggage is unloaded and counted again. In the case of hotels, porters distribute the baggage to the rooms. In the case of air, rail or sea transport, we route the baggage right up to the check-in counter. When possible, we also check-in the baggage prior to the group arriving.
